5. Privacy of Personal and/or Institutional Data

5.1. The personal and/or institutional data of LEXIS members and the SYNTAX users shall be collected with maximum security and processed according to the legal standards in force, respecting at all times the privacy and confidentiality of such data, with the exception of the data voluntarily made available for the elaboration of the LEXIS and SYNTAX profiles.

5.2. Any doubt concerning this matter shall be clarified by referring to the documents Privacy Policy and LEXIS’s/SYNTAX’s Online Security Policy.
